This is THEE book to read and learn about the music game.. very interesting.

When it come to books I love Asimov, I even kinda compared him to L on certain points. Genius at what he was doing, so ahead of his time, deep thought, double meaning everywhere. Like Big L he was very prolific. Fortunately for him, he lived way longer and so a few of his books are so-so but many of his books are straight classics (Fondation series, Robot series). Another notable fact, he was joking all day.

Hard to say. The Caves of Steel is in one way the beginning to the Robots and Fondation series (not including shorts stories about robots that came in first and The End of Eternity that is kinda prelude to the whole cycle). All 6 books from Fondation cycle are great too, mostly from Fondation to Fondation and Earth who close the series.

Few more like The Gods Themselves, Fantastic Voyage 1 & 2, Nemesis and many short stories.

I like I, Asimov too but it's an autobiographical book, so probably not the best to start with.

Robert Greene books are sick too. Kinda like self help but give you direction. Read The 50th Law and I swear you won't be dissapointed. 48 Laws of Power is good too but take it with a grain of salt, I felt like a few rules contradicted one another but certain rules are only useful in certain situations.

DMX's autobiography from 2002 is my all-time favorite. anybody who never read a book front to back in their life would read it and get hooked. what a crazy muthafucka he was.

-he got his first pussy at age 14, to a 26 year old whore
-robbed people 3 times a day (morning, after school, evening)
-he punched a cop in the face but then that pig got backup and arrested X)
-locked up enough times
-got jumped so bad he couldnt even eat properly after his mouth was swollen
-almost got shot. he credits God saving his life, so I say God is real and DMX is the witness.
-finally blew up with it's dark and hell is hot in '98.

the 50th law by robert greene and 50 cent is dope too.

My favorite gangster book of all time! Its written in first person and GoodFellas the movie was created using this book as a base for the movie. The book : WISEGUY by Nicholas Pileggi is a book written by Henry Hill ( A real mafia member that turned in to witness protection to save his own life) When he was in witness protection and couldn't run organized crimes anymore he met with the author to write this book to generate money. The Book is very straight forward and easy to follow. It goes through hundreds of crimes such as hijacking of trucks, extortion, murders, robberies and more.
The Stories are the true and the book is written by the Henry Hill himself who lived his whole life as a gangster until he turned witness protection and wrote this book with Nicholas.

This book is very addictive because its so fast, interesting and easy to understand and its about a true story.

Yeah, Henry Hill is one crazy character. First and (as far as I know still only) informant to be kicked out of the witness protection program.

Yeah, he wouldn't stop breaking the law and wouldn't listen to them so they were forced to kick him (and thereby his wife, who has since divorced him and children) out. He's been arrested at the airport for having tubes to make a meth lab and multiple things like that, even into his old age. There's mugshots around if you wanna search the web for 'em. I remember hearing about it on the local news at the time (a few years back was the most recent one I think). He's an interesting guy though, that's for sure.
